Survey: Are Apartment Owners Adopting Green Retrofits?
Analysts predict the green retrofit and renovation market to see strong growth over the next five years. With all the media coverage green retrofitting receives, it seems like this trend is already taking shape. But are energy efficient renovations truly on the rise, especially in the multifamily housing market, a segment that makes up 20% of all households in the USA?
We’re hosting a survey to find out how this trend is unfolding among apartment owners and property managers. The survey will run through next week and we will report on our findings thereafter. Be sure to check back for news about the growth of green retrofitting, the biggest deterrents keeping property owners from performing retrofits and how apartment owners can fun future renovations. Until then, help us spread the word by sharing this link with your colleagues.

Retrofits are not only profitable for the owner but also for the tenant as they improve productivity.
Our average energy consumption has been certified to be 2.6 w/ft/hour over the past one year by Government of India and we are a BEE 5 Star building and hopefully will be the first retrofit USGBC LEED (EB)Platinum soon.
we grow our own fresh air and in doing so reduce our energy consumption by over 9%

The simple act of completing your survey made me aware of our lack of effort with going green…thanks for the enlightenment.
